About Us:

Sikkerrejse, a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programs, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Vaccination Programme Coordinator. As a key member of our School-Aged Immunisation Service, you will play a vital role in promoting, delivering, and facilitating the BCG programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of the infant BCG immunisation programme.
  • Promote and facilitate collaborative working between team and families in the delivery of the immunisation programme.
  • Ensure the necessary requirements for storing and transporting immunisations, and the procedures for collecting and delivering vaccinations to the site.
  • Maintain databases to ensure records are kept up to date and data is reported to GP's as per BCG Coordinators instructions.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cold chain, ordering, and may be responsible for arranging transport of vaccinations to site.
  • Comply with Company policies & procedures.

Requirements:

  • GCSE level of education or equivalent with a minimum of grade 'C' in both English and Maths.
  • Working in a community setting (schools) and/or working with children & young people (desirable).
  • Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision.
