Occupational Health Manager

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and audit health and safety practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operational management to promote a positive health and safety culture, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits, proactive SHE improvement activities, and provide training and guidance to employees.
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
- Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive cultural change.
