Occupational Health Manager

We are working with a manufacturing company in Coleshill, Birmingham, who are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join their team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will report to the Plant Manager and work closely with the Head of HSE and the wider EHS team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and influencing Operational Management to maintain high standards and promote a positive culture and safe working practices.
- Managing the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies.
- Leading internal and external audits and proactive SHE improvement activities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a NEBOSH Certificate.
- Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience of setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and champion innovation.
