Occupational Health Manager

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join our team at The HSE Recruitment Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure the Integrated Management System (IMS) is effective.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in health, safety, and environmental practices.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
- Strong influencing and communication skills to build relationships and champion positive culture and behaviors.
