Job Title: Property Administrator

Smart 10 Ltd is seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Administrator to support the Estates Manager in managing multiple properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient and accurate tasks, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Estates Manager, including diary management and coordination of tasks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Estates enquiries, assist with tenant viewings, and draft agreements.
  • Manage routine maintenance, repairs, contractor records, and necessary certifications.
  • Organize property marketing, negotiate rental offers, and handle tenant onboarding tasks.
  • Maintain records for inspections, insurance, and compliance schedules.
  • Assist with invoicing, debt management, and chasing arrears.
  • Handle administrative tasks like minute-taking, court applications, and council tax payments.
  • Manage utilities, meter readings, service organization, and key duplication.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the property industry.
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and email.
  • Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge of Excel.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
