About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Motor Sales Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a successful career in the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction results in a positive outcome.
- Respond to customer queries and provide guidance on new and used vehicle sales.
- Guide customers through their purchasing journey, providing outstanding service as the face of both Marshall and the vehicle brand.
- Achieve individual sales targets by exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
- Maintain a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular knowledge updates.
What You'll Get:
- £20,000 basic salary plus uncapped OTE and company car.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, pension scheme, wellbeing support, employee discount for servicing and popular retailers, as well as a purchase discount scheme.
- Bonus scheme based on sales of new and used vehicles.
