The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, with experience in preparing cost estimates, conducting feasibility studies, and managing project finances. The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle, as well as preparing and presenting detailed reports to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Manage project finances, including procurement and contract administration.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
