**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at MPA. The successful candidate will assist in managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios and review financial data.
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts under FRS 105 and FRS102 (1a).
  • Develop the skills of junior accountants to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of accounting and tax practices.
  • Ensure adherence to MPA's ACCA accreditation standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
  • Experience in preparing annual statutory accounts.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software.
  • Good understanding of UK tax legislation.
  • UK driving licence and access to own transport.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
