Job Description

We are looking for a Staff Developer Advocate to promote the use of Atlassian tools across Arm Limited. You will engage with teams, finding opportunities to educate and support their adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding people on Jira and Confluence usage.
  • Developing solutions for improvement initiatives.
  • Owning process controls for environment integrity.
  • Collaborating with support teams.
  • Maintaining effective services with IT.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • An excellent communicator, establishing relationships and earning trust.
  • Expertise in configuring and administering Jira and Confluence Data Center products.
  • Proactive analytical skills, involving teams and collaborating effectively.
  • Leadership, providing technical direction and decisions.
  • Inquisitive, questioning the status quo and striving for quality improvements.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
