Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Diabetes Stigma Campaign Manager to lead our efforts in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to combat diabetes stigma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a 3-5 year strategic plan to tackle diabetes stigma, including short-term objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Craft immediate plans to address stigma in the short term, leveraging research and best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to tackling diabetes stigma, aligning with organisational goals and values.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders to drive change, fostering relationships with partners and supporters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of our campaigns, using data and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in tackling diabetes stigma, applying this knowledge to inform our work.
What You'll Need
  • A proven track record of experience in campaign management, particularly in the field of health or social care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for various audiences.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
