Our team in the Yorkshire and Humber region is dedicated to providing comprehensive support services for those struggling with substance misuse. As an Addiction Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their recovery journey.

This role involves working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver psychosocial interventions, provide one-to-one and group support, and facilitate referrals to treatment services. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, completing comprehensive assessments, and creating collaborative action plans.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in substance misuse and/or a related field, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to equality and GDPR principles. You will also be able to work effectively with key partners to deliver successful outcomes.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including flexible working, extensive training, and career development opportunities.
