Residential Support Specialist

Cambian East is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our care provision, you will provide high-quality support to young people with autism, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Foster ambition in young people, assisting them in setting and achieving personal goals.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare written reports for planning meetings and reviews.
- Empower young people to participate in decision-making about their lives and future.
- Organise social activities and maintain the home environment, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for residents.
- No prior experience necessary, but a commitment to working with young people is essential.
- Available for sleep-in shifts and able to meet the needs of children and young people.
- Full UK driving license preferable, but not mandatory.
As a Residential Support Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £23 per hour, plus an additional £30 payment per sleep-in shift. Our comprehensive induction and training program will ensure you are equipped to excel in this role.
