About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our fast-growing and award-winning company. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will support Project Managers in building projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop client briefs into workable project files
- Load new projects onto the system
- Manage project workflows through the system
- Support project programming and phasing to ensure timely execution
- Request installer survey information and update on the system
- Check and update the team on new project drawings
- Track and follow up on quotes and manage the quote tracker
- Assist in producing cost plans, contract administration, and preparing order documents
- Ensure all cost plans, quotes, and orders are accurate and up to date
Requirements:
- Experience in retail/commercial fit-out, construction, installations, or fixtures and fittings or similar required
- Strong project coordination experience
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
