Job Title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

Malmaison is seeking a skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Manage the bar and restaurant inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure that the bar and restaurant are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bar and restaurant environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food and drink preparation and presentation, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
