About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring that all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and promotions, working closely with the culinary team.
