Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a driven and dynamic sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Director, specializing in waste management services and products. This is a 360-degree sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting and lead generation to closing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business in the South East region, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients across various sectors including Mining, Aggregates, Food, Manufacturing, Paper, and Waste Management. They will also generate their own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team and achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth in the South East region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Generate and manage own sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in waste management services or products
- Track record of 360 sales and business development
