Job Description

AWE seeks an experienced Control Systems Trainer to lead our apprentices in Control and Instrumentation (C&I) skills. As a key member of the Skills Academy team, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for C&I apprentices.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in C&I maintenance and installation, holding a BTEC/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification. You will be responsible for optimizing, organizing, developing, and delivering skills training for allocated apprentices, ensuring they meet defined company and national contracted requirements.

AWE offers a competitive salary of £45,250 - £46,000, depending on your suitability and level of experience. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as:
