About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Systems Trainer to join our team at IRIS Software Group. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-class training on our cutting-edge financial software to schools across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth training to new school clients, helping them configure and set up our systems to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to design bespoke training programmes tailored to each school's requirements.
  • Deliver training sessions both online and onsite, catering to groups and individuals alike.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of training courses and materials to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Evaluate and improve training content and delivery continuously.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay informed about system developments to best serve our clients.
  • Work closely with Customer Account Managers to ensure existing schools are maximising their use of our software.
  • Promote new modules and features to schools, helping them get the most out of our software.
Requirements:
  • Accounting expertise, with a qualified or part-qualified accountant status, or proven QBE experience.
  • System experience, with experience using or training on accountancy systems.
  • Customer service skills, with strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Tech savvy, with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
