Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Mitsubishi Electric. As a key member of our Service and Maintenance administration team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and colleagues in all aspects of Service and Maintenance administration and site visit scheduling.
Your primary responsibility will be to raise Sales Orders within SAP and work orders within Field Service to enable scheduling of engineers. You will also be responsible for raising invoices for completed works, ensuring all invoicing forecasts and targets are met. Additionally, you will forecast expected monthly invoicing to enable accurate forecasting vs targets figures.
As a Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for scheduling engineers to ensure that all customers' work is completed in a timely manner. You will prioritize scheduled and unscheduled visits to manage customer and internal expectations. You will also raise Purchase Orders for materials, parts, and sub-contractor labour, and collaborate with internal departments to assist and promptly rectify any issues as they arise.
