About the Role: We are seeking a Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities to join our team in Telford, Shropshire. As a Night Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing high-quality support and care to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities.

Salary and Benefits: This is a permanent position offering £11.55 per hour, plus a retention bonus of £250 every 6 months for the first 2 years of service. You will also receive a range of benefits, including annual leave, wage incentives, apprenticeships, and access to award-winning training and development.

Your Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include providing physical and emotional support to individuals, helping with household tasks and personal care, and supporting individuals with healthcare needs, such as taking medication. You will work closely with the team to provide flexible services that meet people's needs and always look for the best way of doing things.

Requirements: No experience is essential as our client provides support and training to become a confident Support Worker. However, you will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure check against the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). Having a criminal record may not bar you from employment.
