Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £11.55 per hour, with an increase to £12.43 after 2 years of service. A £1000 retention bonus is also available during the first 2 years of employment (£250 every 6 months). Additionally, bank holiday allowance can reach up to 50% and sleep ins at the service are £36.

About the Job
This is an opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives as a Support Worker. The successful candidate will provide high standards of support to individuals with moderate to severe learning disabilities, helping them to discover new interests, achieve goals like traveling and holidays, and work positively with their families and friends.

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will be varied and no two days will be the same. You may be needed to help with household tasks, personal care, supporting individuals with healthcare needs, such as taking medication, and providing physical and emotional support. Your role will enable people to have choices about their own lives, providing flexible services that meet people's needs, and always looking for the best way of doing things.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be naturally caring and compassionate, aligning with our client's values. Experience is not essential, as they will provide support and training to become a confident Support Worker. A DBS check will be required, but having a criminal record may not bar you from employment.
