About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Class Technician to join our team at Treloar's. As a Class Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the teaching staff in the classroom, providing support to students with a range of abilities and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist teaching staff in the classroom, providing support to students with a range of abilities and needs.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and materials for lessons.
  • Support students with their learning, providing individualized support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of lesson plans and resources.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure the smooth delivery of lessons.
Requirements
  • GCSE level C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Relevant level 3 qualification in care and/or education.
  • Commitment to achieving a level 4 teaching and learning qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
