We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and career within High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and build relationships with clients and introducers to drive new business growth.
- Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Identify and explore opportunities to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service and work closely with colleagues to achieve objectives.
- You will have experience in the Insurance sector and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You must be tenacious and have a business curiosity, with the ability to identify and explore opportunities to drive business growth.
- You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to negotiate effectively with insurers.
- You will be willing to learn and adapt to new situations, with a flexible approach to work.
