About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a key role in driving new business growth and developing relationships with introducers and directors to achieve objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and build relationships within the Insurance sector
  • Provide excellent customer service and win new clients
  • Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers
  • Identify and explore opportunities to drive the best possible outcome
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and advise on products and solutions
