About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our growing New Business Team at Highworth Insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience and career within High-net-worth and Non-Standard Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new clients and work closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.
  • Develop and build relationships within the Insurance sector.
  • Negotiate terms and premiums with insurers.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector.
  • A passion for excellent customer service and winning new clients.
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to identify opportunities to drive the best possible outcome.
  • A consultative approach, with the ability to question effectively and actively listen to clients.
