Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the deployment and integration of our Voyage Digital Care Nourish template across our services
  • Be the primary contact for Operational teams, Implementation Managers, and Service Managers, ensuring a seamless implementation process
  • Train and coach staff on new processes and systems
  • Collaborate with IT and Implementation Managers to resolve technical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Self-directed with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
