Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with severe and complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the occupational needs of service users.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Provide education and training to patients, carers, and staff to promote understanding and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Substantial post-registration experience working in mental health services.
- Experience of working with individuals with severe and complex mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
