Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individuals' occupational needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to promote recovery, rehabilitation, and social inclusion.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Supervise and support junior staff, students, and volunteers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Substantial post-registration experience in mental health services, with a focus on complex needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
