Job Summary:

As a key member of our team at Careerline Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and caring individual to fill the role of Principal First Aid and Welfare Officer. This position requires the ability to assess the medical and welfare needs of students, staff, and visitors, as well as administer front-line First Aid. The successful candidate will work closely with students who have ongoing medical needs, ensuring they receive the necessary support in line with their Individual Health Care Plans. This will involve administering approved medication and maintaining accurate records and reports, including those required for statutory purposes. Training and first aid certification can be provided to suitable applicants who do not currently hold these. This is a term-time only role, with preferred hours of 32.5 hours per week, 8:30 am until 3 pm. A competitive salary is offered for this important role.

Key Responsibilities:
