Expert Payroll Administration Role

We are looking for an Expert Payroll Administrator to lead our payroll function and drive process improvements.
Key Accountabilities:- Drive the development and execution of payroll strategies, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Maintain excellent relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Offer expert payroll guidance, responding promptly to employee inquiries.
- Stay current on relevant payroll laws, integrating changes into our payroll operations.
- Coordinate pension contributions and engage with pension providers for seamless administration.
- Exhibit thorough knowledge of local government pension schemes or TPS.
- Bring substantial experience in full payroll and pensions services.
- Showcase proficiency in using ITrent or Agresso.
Estimated salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
