Job Details

We are looking for an Expert Payroll Administrator to lead our payroll function and drive process improvements.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive the development and execution of payroll strategies, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with external partners and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Offer expert payroll guidance, responding promptly to employee inquiries.
  • Stay current on relevant payroll laws, integrating changes into our payroll operations.
  • Coordinate pension contributions and engage with pension providers for seamless administration.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of local government pension schemes or TPS.
  • Bring substantial experience in full payroll and pensions services.
  • Showcase proficiency in using ITrent or Agresso.

Estimated salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
