Learning Resource Assistant

Job Description:
At Literacy Counts, we are dedicated to improving literacy outcomes for children. We are seeking a Learning Resource Assistant to join our dynamic product team and contribute to the development of digital literacy resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital literacy resources.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure resources meet high-quality standards.
- Provide technical support to users, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support other digital development tasks as required.
Requirements:
- A passion for literacy and education.
- Strong interest or experience in digital content development.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Additional Information:
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content development principles and be able to communicate effectively with the team. We offer a competitive salary package (£22,500 - £25,000) and opportunities for professional growth.
