We are seeking a skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at One Blackfriars, a luxury development in the heart of London. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the valet parking service, ensuring efficient and secure parking for residents and guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the concierge team to provide a seamless and personalized experience for residents and guests.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the development and its amenities, providing recommendations and information to residents and guests as needed.
  • Ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and staff, reporting any incidents or concerns to the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of luxury developments and concierge services, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
