Job Title: Valet Parking Attendant

At Raffles London at The OWO, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Attendant to join our Residences Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and hotel guests, ensuring the safe and secure collection, parking, and return of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly
  • Meeting and greeting residents and residents' guests
  • Managing the valet podium
  • Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organized
  • Actively communicating with Hotel and Residences concierge
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee
Requirements:
  • A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required
