About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Valet Parking Attendant to join our team at Andaz London Liverpool Street, a concept by Hyatt Hotels. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our valet parking service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the valet parking system, ensuring that all vehicles are parked and retrieved efficiently and safely.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that all guests receive a high level of service and that the hotel's standards are maintained.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
