Exceptional Opportunity for a Valet Parking Attendant at Raffles London at The OWO

Raffles London at The OWO, a luxurious hotel located in the heart of London, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Parking Attendant to join their Residences Department. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents and hotel guests, ensuring the safe and prompt collection, parking, and return of their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parking and retrieving vehicles for customers safely and promptly
  • Meeting and greeting residents and residents' guests
  • Managing the valet podium
  • Keeping the valet stand and parking area clean and organized
  • Actively communicating with Hotel and Residences concierge
  • Additional responsibilities in absence of line manager or senior employee
Requirements:
  • A proven track record and ability to provide high levels of service under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken
  • An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required
