We are seeking an experienced Bank Concierge to join our team at our Homelessness Scheme in Kings Lynn. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
  • Developing strong relationships with customers and helping them develop life skills
  • Handling emergency situations and ensuring the security of the service is maintained
  • Organizing and running social activities for customers
  • Performing health and safety checks and ensuring the service is compliant with regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults or young people
  • Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
  • Able to use IT systems confidently
