The role involves managing a caseload of probate cases using a case management system, ensuring accurate recording of information and engaging with clients mainly by telephone and email but also in person if needed. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing other work including wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 (pro-rata) per annum, along with benefits such as 23 days holiday plus bank holidays pro-rata. The ideal candidate will have a professional approach, excellent client care skills, and the ability to deal with sensitive matters. They will also possess the ability to use their initiative and effectively prioritise and organise their work in a professional environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE or equivalent experience in probate law.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
This part-time position allows for flexible working hours, with a minimum of 7 hours per week to a maximum of 21 hours per week.
