About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, a leading residential service in Huddersfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with mental health needs and personality disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Work closely with the management team to improve service quality and patient outcomes.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid RMN qualification and NMC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
