Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House, a residential service in Huddersfield. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and support to our residents, helping them to achieve their recovery goals and live fulfilling lives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing individual care plans.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists, to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the needs of our residents and the values of our organization.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements:
- A valid RMN qualification and NMC registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting recovery and independence.
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, as required.
