About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Rec2 Recruitment Ltd. As a specialist in the Construction Consulting Engineering market, you will be responsible for delivering Senior level hires to the MEP Design and Sustainability Market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thriving business by leveraging an extensive client and candidate database.
- Source and recruit top talent for Senior level positions within the MEP Design and Sustainability Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective commission-based sales strategies.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience gained within a white collar Construction recruitment agency.
- Excellent knowledge of the Construction Consulting Engineering market.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
What We Offer:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Rec2 Recruitment Ltd, you will benefit from:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 to £35,000.
- Up to 25% commission on all billings from 1st £££s billed.
