We are seeking a highly experienced recruitment consultant to join our team at Rec2 Recruitment Ltd, specializing in the placement of senior-level hires within the MEP Design and Sustainability Market.
About the Role:
- Proven experience in white collar construction recruitment is essential.
- Salary: £25,000 to £35,000
- Commission: Up to 25% of all billings from 1st £££s billed
- Benefits: Excellent benefits, monthly and yearly sales incentives
Position Overview:
A niche supplier of permanent and contract personnel to the MEP Building Services, Sustainability, and Construction sectors is seeking a self-managing consultant to take over a warm desk focused on the delivery of senior-level hires to the MEP Design and Sustainability Market.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take advantage of an extensive client and candidate database to develop a thriving business.
