HGV Technician

Job Summary

Scania is seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and maintenance for our fleet of heavy commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on heavy commercial vehicles
• Work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
• Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or proven technical experience in HGV maintenance
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• LGV/HGV/PCV licence
• Bus and coach experience
• IRTEC accreditation
