Position Overview

Red Sky Personnel is seeking a skilled Vehicle Mechanic to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves the maintenance and servicing of all ground support equipment in an airside environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Ground Service Equipment (GSE).
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and to a high standard.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our business clients.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in executing all mechanical and electrical Planned and Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks according to established schedules.
Work Schedule and Compensation

Hours: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts (day and night)
Salary: £49,500
Overtime: Enhanced rates at time and a half

Candidate Profile
  • Experience with GSE is desirable.
  • Knowledge of GSE or HGV mechanics.
  • A minimum of 5 years of verifiable work history is required for airside access.
  • Must be able to pass a basic criminal record check.
