Lead a High-Performing Inside Sales Team

AQA is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to drive the growth of our dynamic company by leading and growing a team that shapes the customer journey from start to finish.

About the Role

As a key member of our Account Management Executive team, you will lead and guide the development of your team to achieve excellence in lead generation, customer engagement, and support for our field-based Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Manage and allocate resources to meet business demands and maintain a strong customer experience.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B inside sales environment with a strong track record in sales coaching and mentoring.
  • Confident leadership abilities with a passion for developing and supporting team members.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to meet business and customer needs.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training on Microsoft Dynamics provided).
  • Experience of leading and organizing projects.
  • Sector knowledge of the education industry is advantageous but not essential.
