District Nurse Service Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled District Nurse Clinical Lead to join our team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our community nursing services in Central Cornwall, covering the beautiful areas of Perranporth, St Agnes, Chacewater, and Carnon Downs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in district nursing and experience of leading and developing community nursing services. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the quality of care provision and identify areas for service development
- Lead on improvements and developments in community nursing services
- Travel independently across the area to fulfill the requirements of the post
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £43,041 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
