We are offering a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (term-time only), based on 40 hours per week. This is an hourly rate equivalent to £10-£11 per hour. Job Description

As an SEN Teaching and Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with complex special educational needs. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, where students feel valued and supported. Your expertise will help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

This is a permanent position, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing individualized learning plans for students
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent practice
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting plans as needed
