Your primary responsibilities include assisting pupils in developing essential life skills, facilitating communication between teachers and parents, and ensuring students receive tailored support according to their EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan).
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to pupils with diverse learning needs
- Liaise with the class teacher to monitor pupil progress and implement strategies for improvement
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Terms:
- Starting salary: $12.90-$15.00 per hour
- Term-time only contract, Monday to Friday (8:30-4:30 pm)
- PAYE contract
- Competitive hourly rate of pay
