About the Role- The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting students with their learning, development, and progress across various curriculum areas in classroom, local environment, and community settings.
- Responsibilities include assisting young people with complex medical conditions and autism to achieve educational and personal goals, fostering equality, diversity, and respect for all learners.
- We require a proactive and solution-focused individual who can develop a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and values.
- As a key member of our team, you will be expected to provide high-quality support in all aspects of the role, including participation in physical intervention and personal care routines when necessary.
- Ambitious and determined candidates should be willing to work towards formal qualifications and attend training, with all costs fully funded by the school.
- Candidates must demonstrate passion and compassion for children and young people with additional needs, as well as excellent communication skills, particularly in relation to student communication requirements.
- Educated to at least Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English is essential.
- Candidates should be capable of working independently and confidentially within various settings, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Salary: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience and qualifications, with a total estimated salary of approximately £36,000 - £44,000 per year.
