About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Digital Rewards Group Ltd. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic recruitment and management of partnerships with attractions and UK brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Development: Identify, target, and secure new partnerships with attractions and UK brands that align with our member interests and business objectives.
  • Strategy Execution: Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance member acquisition and retention.
  • Offer Management: Strategically recruit offers and discounts that will appeal to our closed user group of paying members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of offers to optimise member satisfaction and engagement.
Leadership and Team Management
  • Team Leadership: Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Culture Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyse partnership performance data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the digital rewards, attractions, or related industry.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
