Job Title: Head of Partnerships

Role Overview:


The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for leading the strategic recruitment and management of partnerships with attractions and UK brands. This role focuses on acquiring and retaining offers that add value to our paying members, thereby driving member acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in partnerships and business development.


Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Partnership Development:

 - Identify, target, and secure new partnerships with attractions and UK brands that align with our member interests and business objectives.

 - Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance member acquisition and retention.

 - Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial arrangements.


- Relationship Management:

 - Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued satisfaction and engagement.

 - Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related enquiries and issues.

 - Collaborate with partners to create and implement joint marketing and promotional activities.


- Offer Recruitment and Management:

 - Strategically recruit offers and discounts that will appeal to our closed user group of paying members.

 - Ensure a diverse and appealing range of offers is consistently available to members.

 - Monitor and evaluate the performance of offers to optimise member satisfaction and engagement.


- Team Leadership:

 - Build, lead and mentor a team of partnership managers and executives.

 - Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.

 - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

 - Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.

 - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote partner offers.

 - Provide insights and feedback to the product team to enhance the member experience.


- Reporting and Analysis:

 - Track and report on key partnership metrics and KPIs.

 - Analyse partnership performance data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.

 - Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.


Requirements:


- Experience and Skills:

 - Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role within the digital rewards, attractions, or related industry.

 - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

 - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies.

 - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

 - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.


Education:

 - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
